About The Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant General Manager to head up our vibrant and friendly team.
Successful Restaurant Manager candidates will
-Possess a huge personality and are not afraid to use it
-Have a genuine passion for hospitality and ensuring that the teams they lead and work in share this.
-A love for food, drink, customer service and, above all else, people.
-Have previous experience of 2 years minimum as a Restaurant Manager and background in customer service focused hospitality
-Have the drive to take on the extra responsibility that comes with working for a young and exciting business and the desire to work closely with the Founders to build something great!
Our GM will will be responsible for
- Day to day running of the restaurant
- FOH staff recruitment, training and development
- Maintaining the excellent standards of our incredible food, drinks and service
-Meet with founders on a monthly basis and report on individual KPI’s
-Have a sound working knowledge of legislation in this area and ensure all paperwork is completed
