The post will include working with the BSW CAMHS teams and Participation Lead; however, the post holder will also have dedicated time in their job plan to work within our 16-25 Transitions Team. Supervision will be provided by a qualified clinical psychologist.
The base for this post will be with Melksham CAMHS however at times there will be a need to travel to different sites across BaNES, Swindon & Wiltshire, including schools and patients’ homes.
The role will include supporting the team by gathering and collating relevant information relating to the assessment process by speaking with parents, schools and other relevant professionals as needed.
