To work within the Community Rehabilitation MDT to support and carry out defined assessments and intervention programmes for adults experiencing serious mental health problems, under the supervision of the Clinical/Counselling Psychologist in order to aid the recovery and rehabilitation of those using the service. The majority of this work will take place in the community including supported living projects and involve liaison and in reach to other services as appropriate, including acute inpatient and rehabilitation settings. To support and carry out a range of psychometric and other assessments with people who have a range of serious mental health problems and be at risk of relapse and have difficulty in managing their mental health difficulties and maximising their independence . These may include observations, interviews, and intellectual and executive skill assessments. To support and carry out defined therapeutic interventions with people with serious mental health mental health problems and their carers. To support interventions with staff teams, such as consultancy, training, identifying resources, multidisciplinary working, signposting staff to appropriate services and service promotion To support data collection and analysis, for both clinical and service evaluation, as required. This may include collecting and reviewing a variety of data such as psychometric scores, interview data, historical information, literature searches.
