We are a supportive, friendly, and committed team working within a wider team of local authority and education staff. We are looking for like-minded staff to join us in helping us achieve positive outcomes for the children placed with us.
This post is for an Assistant Psychologist to be part of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the effective implementation of the Attachment, Regulation Competencies Framework at Clare Lodge. You will work under the supervision of a qualified professional psychologist and the post will have a split between clinical work and research and evaluation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong team work ethic, sense of accountability, accompanied by an ability to work under considerable pressure at times. You should possess excellent communication skills and be prepared to liaise with other professionals as necessary.
We will provide the necessary support to ensure your development within your role. We are keen to support and develop our staff through a clear career pathway and encourage promotional opportunities within the Trust.
