Job description
You will join a small but busy Staff Psychology service, led by the Trust's Workforce Psychologist. The Staff Psychology team currently offers CHFT healthcare professionals psychological assessment and intervention; individuals and teams with post-incident psychological support; and training and consultation to Trust managers regarding the psychological care of their staff. You will be a valued member of the team, supporting the Workforce Psychologist in many aspects of their work. This will include but is not limited to, the ongoing development, delivery, and evaluation of 'low-intensity' psychological interventions for staff and embedding the principles of trauma-informed care across the organisation. The service is committed to evidence-based practice and testing the effectiveness of the care offered. Therefore, you will offer much-valued service audit and evaluation support aligned to One Culture of Care.
