Job Title: Assistant Psychologist

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday 9 to 5

Contract: Permanent

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Psychologist to join our clinical quality team. This is a brand new and exciting role that will involve working under the supervision of two Consultant Clinical Psychologists to carry out tasks that will involve research, audit and evaluation to inform and progress strategic and service developments.

Location: This is a working from home role, with regular meetings to ensure there is a team feel to it. Services are across the whole of the UK, so some travel may be required.

Essential Criteria:

  • Honours degrees in Psychology (2:1 or First Class)
  • Relevant experience of working as an Assistant Psychologist
  • First-hand experience of a range of research methods
  • First-hand experience of quantitative and qualitative research, including different methods of data collection, research designs, analysis and final report writing
  • Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Experience of teaching and/or supporting of other health professionals
  • Experience of the use of psychometric tests
  • Experience or knowledge of relevant client group (service specific)
