The role
Due to continued expansion, we are currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our growing Leasehold/Block Management Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career working with a wide range of prestigious clients and represents the option to qualify either through a residential accreditation route (IRPM/ARLA) or via the Assessment of Professional Competence (A.P.C) and qualify as a Chartered Surveyor.
The successful candidate will share our ethos and be enthusiastic, well presented, organised and have a genuine interest in the residential property industry and want to provide an exceptional service to our clients.
The role will involve;
- Responsibility for managing a small portfolio of properties
- Provide administrative support to the Property Management team
- Oversee day-to-day and planned maintenance
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors
- Comply with legislative requirements
- Deal with tenant queries
- Credit control and Arrears collection
Key skills and characteristics;
- Relevant experience in leasehold property or a related field preferred
- Highly organised; able to take instruction and work on your own initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A good problem solver
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team
