Due to our continued success and growing business demands, we currently have a vacancy open for a full time Assistant Project Manager. We are looking for an individual who is looking to develop their career, assisting with the project management duties throughout every stage of a client commission, with projects varying in sector and size, and a specific focus on net carbon zero and decarbonisation capital programmes.

Key Accountabilities
- Assisting projects effectively to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting in data collection, development, and analysis to enable informed decision making and goal setting
- Support the delivery of project requirements, timelines, and budgets
- Working in accordance with the project implementation plan to guide clients and team members
- Gain awareness of maintaining timescales, cost updates and resources needed to deliver projects
- Assisting in the compiling and submission of project status reports to clients, management, and other stakeholders
- Organise and attend pre-contract briefing visits with senior colleagues.
- Assist and carry out site inspections to assess the health & safety, whether the project is on program, quality of work etc at site inspections and report accordingly to the client.
- Attend external and internal project meetings.
- Attend relevant internal meetings.
- Utilise Deltek and other companywide systems for storing project, client information and personal data to an accurate level.
- Inputting fee projections for various projects in a timely manner and issue fee invoices.
- Assist issuing certificates under contracts.
- Attend mandatory training.
- Travel required for the undertaking of site visits, surveys and client meetings.
- Subject to business requirements, flexibility to perform any other duties at the same level of accountabilities and responsibilities
Specialist Knowledge and Qualifications
- Working towards a degree/apprenticeship in Project Management.
- Progression to undertake APM.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5pm
Holiday: 25 Days + Bank Holidays
