- Assisting with the day to day delivery of projects
- Building relationships with clients
- Development of project documentation and reporting
- Identifying and developing innovative solutions for clients
- Assist with leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams
- Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects
- Assist with conducting feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation, etc
- Monitor and report on contractor’s progress on site
- Support the team in developing new business opportunities
- Support the team managing existing client relationships
- Attend, chair and record meetings as appropriate
- Develop skills that will enable you to provide single point of contact taking responsibility for all aspects of the project and liaise with the client
- Construction project management experience essential
- Experience using Microsoft Office software and ideally Microsoft Project
- Degree in a construction related subject is desirable, but not essential. All degree backgrounds will be considered
- Experience of delivering presentations
- Excellent communication skills to have gravitas with senior professionals
- Experience in report writing
You will also need to show ambition and a willingness to learn whilst demonstrating commercial awareness and exhibiting the ability to complete projects to agreed timelines.
