Are you driven and passionate about continuous improvement, working with stakeholders to deliver change and improve their service areas? If so, we have a great opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join the Projects team.
This is an interesting and varied role that will support the development of your project management skill set, whist embedding you as an integral part of the change and project management life cycle. You’ll be tasked with supporting your project management colleagues to deliver large organisation-wide projects, whilst being given the responsibility to lead smaller change projects / initiatives yourself. You’ll be liaising with stakeholders across our organisation to develop different approaches to support change, in-line with your internal customers’ needs. You’ll develop initial change requests and support the production of business cases, including cost benefit analysis.

- You’ll have experience of supporting, coordinating or managing projects through the full project lifecycle – experience of business change or transformational technology projects would interest us!
- You’ll have excellent stakeholder engagement skills with experience of working with individuals across different teams within an organisation.
- You’re able to communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders to achieve buy-in and influence outcomes.
- You adopt a structured approach to delivering change.
- You’ve the ability to matrix manage resources to successfully deliver projects.
