Job description
Salary - Up to £38,000 pa.
Contract - 48 Hours, 5 shifts, between Monday - Friday.
Here at Chotto Matte , we are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Strategy and Development team.

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the Group Project Manager to oversee local project management teams and supervise new development projects from project start through to opening.
The role involves working closely with our architect team and strategy team and is focused on our Restaurant construction fit outs. We are embarking on a strong global expansion plan over the next two years, that will include USA , Europe and Middle East, and will be exposed to all elements of the process.
This person will be able work to project timelines and budgets, and to guide relevant team members and assist with any urgent matters regarding new projects. An ability to read and understand construction plans is a key skill for this role. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that offers fantastic rewards.
This person will have a strong eye for detail, be a natural problem solver and enjoys looking for new solutions. The role will favor someone who is organised, inquisitive and shows initiative.
This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, develop their current skills and eager to make improvements day in and day out. A clear communicator, who is self-motivated and organized is our ideal candidate.
