Key Responsibilities:

Support the Production Manager: Collaborate closely with the Production Manager to ensure the smooth execution of all events. Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing production activities.

Vendor Management: Communicate with and manage various vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality service. Negotiate contracts and pricing when necessary.

Logistics and Scheduling: Help manage event logistics, including load-in and load-out schedules, equipment setup, and breakdown. Coordinate transportation and accommodation arrangements as needed.

Production Coordination: Assist in organizing technical aspects of events, such as sound, lighting, and staging. Ensure all technical requirements are met for a seamless event experience.

Budget Management: Work closely with the finance team to track expenses, manage budgets, and provide cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, creatives, and event planners, to bring creative visions to life.

Problem-Solving: Be prepared to troubleshoot and find solutions to unexpected challenges that may arise during events.

Requirements:

A passion for event production and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in event production or a related field is a plus but not required.

Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in high-pressure situations.

A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
