As the Assistant Product Manager for Savings you will support the management and delivery of key product management tasks working closely with the Lead Product Manager and Product Manager for Deposits. You will own ongoing support the delivery of specific Deposits projects. You will also support key risk, conduct, regulatory and customer experience management tasks and initiatives.

So what would you be doing?...
Manage key time bound processes accurately, to quality and time – including interest rate changes- Be able to create, improve and document processes
- Support the Lead Product Manager and Product Manager for deposits across a variety of projects
- Identify opportunities to enhance how we work
- Build strong relationships across the team, your key stakeholder groups and the senior team
- Develop an understanding of the Deposits product set – how they work, the processes, customer needs and regulatory requirements
- Work with stores and telephone banking to ensure colleagues are equipped for conversations and processes for deposits products
- You will prioritise your own workload to deliver outputs on-time and to quality
- Own the risk, control and incident management process for deposits ensuring all are managed effectively with appropriate documentation, escalation and, where appropriate, remediation.
- You will own the small change including defect backlog for deposits

- You should have previous experience of product development and / or product management.
