What’s the Job?
Provides comprehensive support across teamwear apparel collections for all aspects of apparel development to achieve delivery and quality in line with business expectations. Understands and adheres to key dates and gates so that orders can be placed on-time and according to the seasonal calendar.
What will I do?
- Provide team support to ensure the successful completion of delivery priorities across the teamwear department.
- Meet output of work requests within the critical path framework, raise delay concerns to line Manager and developers in a timely manner ensuring impact to delivery can be minimised.
- Work alongside senior developers throughout the product development cycle ensuring Castore quality and fit standards are achieved.
- Provide department support in all areas from supplier communication, record keeping, filing systems, movement of samples and sample storage.
- Responsible for the accuracy of information and timeliness within tech pack files and department tracking tools when assisting with processing of information.
What skills and qualities will I need?
Key Skills:
- A relevant fashion or textile degree is preferred but not essential
- Computer literacy basic Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Illustrator (preferred but training can be provided)
- Good planning and organisation skills with the ability to ensure information, facts and figures are accurate and free from mistakes
- Experience working with people or within a team

- Working within strict deadlines and able to be adaptive to changes
- Requires excellent interpersonal skills, must be approachable, personable with a positive attitude, willing to help and provide support as needed. A team player
- Excellent written Communication, ability to present ideas on paper clearly, concisely, and accurately.
