Permanent contract | £22,170.81 to £23,869.45 per annum (Scale G) | 30 hours per week | Attleborough Enterprise & Community Centre
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Duty Assistant Practitioner to join the Southern Locality Community Team. Based at Attleborough and within Adult Social Services, you will support existing staff to review and assess service users using the Care Act 2014. We have a well-established duty team in the Southern Locality. You will work within a multi-disciplinary response function in a well-supported team, where we take pride in our positive working relationships with our colleagues. You will be responsible for answering the phones, triaging calls, working closely with health colleagues and our ICC workers. You will need to have an ability to work under pressure, be well organised and able to effectively prioritise and risk assess complex cases. The ability to travel is essential. You will benefit from a supportive team environment with daily management oversight.
