Your mission as the Assistant Operations Manager is to drive the strategy set by the Operations Executive, that will take our successful, established and growing Commercial Division team to new levels of expansion. You will help the Operations Executive who is hands on in the Commercial Division of the business and has been very successful.
Your mission will be quite tough and there will be many things that need to be sorted and implemented to see the Commercial Division achieve its new level of expansion. Your first most important task and challenge will be to help increase the delivery of paid work of the whole company. The hardest and most demanding part of the job, as well as the biggest obstacle in having and doing this job, is to have the responsibility to ensure expansion for the Commercial Division and lead your team to achieve monthly delivery targets for paid services. As Customer Operations Manager you also have the responsibility to ensure all paid work and delivery of services are completed, and you shouldn’t go home until all is done.
You will be responsible for ensuring the Commercial Division staff maintain the company strategy, standard operating procedures and high standards of the company. You will lead them positively towards new achievements and within the financial resources of the company. This is not necessarily an easy task as there are quite a few competitors on the market and in order to keep winning this company has to keep improving all parts of its operations and expanding.
You are a person who likes to work consistently in a very stable company. You have a natural sense for order and can prove that you have managed large groups of people towards success in the past by being the driving force behind them. You have the ability to get things done on time and within budget.
You know the importance of routine and you are used to building or keeping systems functioning without having to change them unless absolutely needed. There will be a need for keeping routines and at the same time handling some change and challenges over time that could and probably will occur. You have a natural sense for order and can prove that you have managed large groups of people towards success in the past by being the driving force behind them. You have the ability to get things done on time and within budget.
