Assistant Operations department
Responsibilities:
· Administrative support of Operations department
- Serving as the main point of contact
- Scheduling meetings and travel
- Answering calls and correspondences
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Acting as a liaison between other professionals in the office
- Creating a general workflow
- Maintaining office supplies
- Answering calls
Invoice processing (data entry)
· Expense processing (data entry)
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Any other European language Fluent
- Experienced Excel user
- Admin, logistic or accounting experience 1year+
- Attentive, responsible
- Well organised and structured
- Fast learner
- Good communication skills
