Assistant Operations Administrator (London)
20h a week (mornings)
£12 480 pa
We are a well established and busy commercial cleaning company in need of a competent and energetic person to assist our Operations Administrator.
Ideally we're looking for someone who will work for four hours each morning from Mondays to Fridays from our office near London Bridge Station.
Occasionally you may be required to travel to our office near Gatwick Airport in which instance your public transport expenses will be covered.
If you are a computer literate individual (Outlook, Word and Excel) who is able to deliver great customer satisfaction, write good clear emails in English, and who gets a buzz from getting everything sorted to help people do their jobs better, we hope you will read further ……
Your main duties will be to support the Operations Administrator and the Operations teams. You will have a weekly meeting with the Operations Administrator to discuss your challenges and successes
Ordering Process: You would ensure that the assets register is kept up to date and you would liaise with managers and suppliers regarding repairs
Machinery and Equipment: You will ensure that the assets register is kept up to date and you will liaise with managers and suppliers regarding repairs.
Uniforms: Ensuring sufficient quantities of stock and sending these out to sites timelessly is important.
Office Management: When the Operations Administrator is not available you will be required to assist with the security on portable devices, assist employees with any technical issues, as well as ensure that new starters have their devices ordered and ready for use.
