Job description
The admin role is a mixture of customer liaison, general admin and data input so if your IT skills are top notch and you LOVE admin and being busy, this could be the ideal job for you.
You’ll be working within and alongside a dedicated team of legal professionals who rely on their support team to keep clients updated, so organisation and proactivity is very important too.
Clients can sometimes be facing life challenges of a sensitive nature, so a patient, approachable and calm telephone manner is essential.
Duties include:
- Answering phones
- Following up enquiry calls to fact find regarding case details
- Dealing with post in and out
- Sending documentation to agencies and clients
- Managing Excel spreadsheets
- Photocopying
- Plus other administrational tasks
Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
