Aces and Eights is an independent bar situated in North West London. We are a fun and busy venue with a small enthusiastic team. Specialising in classic cocktails, an extensive back bar and quality beers, we pride ourselves on service and good times! We also have a basement venue with a variety of live gigs and comedy.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills, cocktail experience, personal licence, good communication and interpersonal skills, and be a natural leader who enjoys working in a busy environment. A good command of the English language is essential, along with a minimum two years supervisor experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Bar management - Overseeing the pub operation eg. day to day opening and closing procedures, staff management, cellar and beer line management
Customer service - a keen focus on excellent customer service
Team Leadership - able to manage and train a team of diverse individuals
Social Media - show understanding of the main SM platforms in order to grow social media presence
