As an Assistant Manager in our Premium & Urban pubs you'll be a huge part of the management, helping the General Manager to bring our brands to life by delivering amazing experiences and playing a key role in the development and leadership of an engaged and talented team.
About the role
Big busy bar in the Haymarket area of Edinburgh's West End.
Opening first thing in the morning until late, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The business is over 2 floors with a seated capacity of over 220, maximum, over 500. Our premium/urban menu offers all the pub classics as well as some Scottish favourites.
We are looking for an experienced individual with an eager, positive attitude , they must have a strong work ethic and have the ability to run a team under high pressure situations.
Individual must be more than comfortable in working in a team, as well as on their own.
Job responsibilities include, stock ordering and management, shift delegation, cleaning standards to the highest possible level and team training and progression.
