Job description
We are currently seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join the team at our Truro branch.
You will assist the Branch Manager to lead, manage & motivate the branch team to ensure an optimum performance of all team members and a superior level of service is provided to our customers at all times.
A passion for sales and the ability to maximise on all opportunities is key. High focus and dedication are certainly required but meeting and surpassing branch targets are very well rewarded.

The ideal candidate should currently be working as an Assistant Manager within the motor industry or even an experienced Parts Advisor with the right ability and attitude.
Knowledge of the local areas and customer base would be a distinct advantage.
