We are looking for someone special to join our team as a Part Time Assistant Manager contracted for 10 or 20 Hours per week. Think you're up for the challenge?
Your role:
- Use management skills to address the day to day running and tasks in store
- Proactively drive store performance with knowledge and creative flair
- Inspiring and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role and product knowledge
- Ensure delivery of the brand is in line with all visual merchandising guidelines
- Promote compliance within the team to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Opportunity to work in local stores to share knowledge and experiences.
