The Role:
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager on maximising sales and supervision of the team, providing a high-level of customer service and ensuring all operational standards are maintained.
Who We’re Looking For:
We want someone who will lead their team by example and bring the best out of them by engaging in communication, developing their skills and recognising their contributions.
You will be someone who displays excellent organisation skills, forward planning and understands the importance of putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Having previous experience in an assistant manager/supervisor role in a retail store is a necessity, but doesn’t necessarily have to be in footwear.
