The Information Security Governance Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Information Security Governance Manager with documenting and maintaining Information Security Strategy and associated artefacts
  • Supporting the development and governance of the security programme, initiatives and improvement
  • Assisting in the implementation of projects relating to Information Security Governance
  • Ensuring that regular Information Security Governance reports are prepared and submitted to management
  • Assisting in engagements with the Service Lines on all key parts of delivering Information Security
  • Developing working relationships with key internal and external contacts relative to the projects undertaken
  • Creating and managing papers and presentations in advance of governance meetings
  • Taking minutes and circulating promptly and tracking actions
  • Working in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Connect to your skills and professional experience

  • Degree in IT / computer science or information security or equivalent experience.
  • Preferable experience in an information security governance role.
  • Strong report writing skills.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of security metrics and reporting requirements, and developing key performance and key risk indicators.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of security policy frameworks and control implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies and risk analysis.
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain security processes and procedures.
