We are looking for someone with management experience and a strong food & beverage and reception background, looking to take the next step in their development with this great opportunity.
The role will see you working across all areas of the hotel, alongside a highly experienced Management Team, within a growing business with opportunities to develop in the future both at this property and across the group.
Your Day to Day:
- Working with the Deputy Manager to ensure the day to day operations and standards are achieved and level of service is constant
- Confidence in all areas of the operation – Reception & Reservations, Food & Beverage service
- To plan and carry out training with all team members to ensure delivery of brand standards and service levels
- To take control of the shift and the Hotel during Duty Management shifts, with a strong focus on front of house service – including reception and restaurant & bar
- To complete front of house weekly rota to ensure effective service whilst working within wage budgets
- Coaching, leading and mentoring the team to help increase knowledge, confidence and develop the business
- Hosting weddings and acting as master of ceremonies
Who we are looking for:
You will have experience working within a busy, food led operation, with previous management experience.
The Assistant Manager position is a hands-on role so you will need to be comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with service. You will have a passion for hospitality and customer service.
