ABOUT THE ROLE
We are constantly to push the boundaries & always trying to ensure the distance between ourselves and our customers is as small as possible, and our bars are a vital meeting point for passionate craft beer enthusiasts and novices alike.
As the doors swing open to this site, your role as Assistant Manager will be to ensure every single person who walks through the bars' doors gets an absolutely mind-blowing customer experience. this is a great opportunity to be part of something special
- You’ll support the General Manager of the running of this site, who will delegate their duties as required
- You’ll be the benchmark for customer service of your site, leading by example & training others to give the best customer experience of all time

ABOUT THE TEAM
You’ll be led by a super experienced General Manager & you’ll stand side by side a crew of roughly 30 passionate & confident craft beer loving individuals. Made up of team in the kitchen, on the floor & behind the bar.
ABOUT YOU
- You’ll have at least at least a couple of years’ experience in a management role in a similar site (busy bar & kitchen) in order to help steer the team.
- We want you to be a massive beer geek & you need to inspire others to become beer geeks, so we would like you to have a good level of knowledge of craft beer & the brewing industry.
- You’ll have a track record of outstanding customer service in a well-branded hospitality or retail – if that experience is in craft beer, that will go in your favour.
- You are a natural trainer & love seeing the people around you learn & develop, you’ll be responsible for nurturing the future talent in BrewDog retail and take pride in that.
- Experience in working through a new site opening would be radical, this will be a tough ride & we need someone with experience weathering the storm.
- Also, some financial acumen will be required.
- BrewDog Hull has been a huge success so far and that is down to our team. We're looking for someone who can add even more energy, with bags of enthusiasm, so we can take BrewDog Hull up to even higher levels.

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
