Showcase Cinema is a world leader in the film exhibition industry operating screens in the United States, United Kingdom, Argentina and Brazil. With 17 cinemas in the UK, we are now looking to recruit an Assistant Duty Manager into our team.
The main purpose of the role is to assist in the day to day management of the site whilst ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to. You will direct Team Members to ensure efficient working practices are maintained and that the highest standard of customer service is met at all times whilst ensuring revenue targets are achieved and costs are controlled effectively.
This role is greatly varied, which provides the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in all aspects of cinema operation management including Box Office, Projection Booth, and Food & Beverage operations.
