The Role:
Here at Puttshack we provide a fun and inclusive experience for our guests which makes them want to return! We cater for a wide variety of people, from children's parties during the daytime, through to date nights and group parties throughout the evening.
We are hiring an Assistant Manager for our venue in Lakeside! The role has full ownership and responsibility to lead and direct all aspects of the food & beverage operation, alongide the mini-golf & reception areas. Reporting into the General Manager you oversee revenue, service, F&B, and Games strategies to ensure the venue is run in an efficient way. Your role with include general management of the Floor Associates. You will assist in their training & development, recruitment of new associates, rota planning, compliance and health & safety.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous hospitality managerial experience is required.
