Role – Assistant Manager
Annual Salary - £35,872 + bonus
Hours – 45 per week
Our ideal candidate will have plenty of passion, experience leading a team and excellent time management skills. Full training will be provided as well as fantastic opportunities for learning and development.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee the on-going recruitment and training of Front of House team
- Manage the safety and flow of all courses to ensure a unique and exceptional customer experience is provided
- Manage the reception (Caddy Shack), external ticketing system and large group bookings to ensure a unique and exceptional experience is provided
- Perform weekly stock (Golf equipment) audits and reports
- Complete weekly stock orders in line with the company’s budget
- Act as an opening and closing manager where necessary
