What you can expect as our Assistant Manager
As part of our Operations Team the Assistant Manager will assist our Operations manager in the running of our sites. You'll get the opportunity to build on your existing customer service skills and develop your abilities in leadership and management!
- Supporting the creation of a positive and memorable experience for residents
- Completing administrative tasks including logging of maintenance requests, filing and preparing notices and updating of databases
- Handling and resolving customer complaints with a patient and understanding approach
- Assisting with management of the team and deputising in the absence of the Operations manager
- Ensuring compliance in line with health and safety standards

Salary: £28,000-30,000
