MULTI-SITE ASSISTANT MANAGER
We're looking to add a driven & ambitious full time Assistant Manager to cover Kokomo & Bamboo. We need an energetic, articulate & dedicated person to come in & join a close knit team where the focus is on delivering a fantastic experience to our clientele whilst achieving key targets.
Both venues are currently open 4 nights each & the right candidate will operate a rota split between them offering a vast array of experience.
The successful applicant will have at least one year experience in hospitality in a similar role & must hold a Personal Licence.
Standard Assistant Manager duties include
- Stock control & ordering
- Staff recruitment, training & management
- Rota planning
- Opening & closing venues
- Ensuring adherence & compliance with all relevant H&S guidance & legislation
- Conceptualisation & implementation of marketing strategies
- Social media usage & output
- Cash handling
- Crowd control, conflict management & complaint handling
The successful applicant will operate & answer directly to the General Managers & to the Operations Manager. In the absence of either General Manager, you will be expected to step in and be able to run both units to an equally high standard.
