An exciting opportunity has arisen and we’re looking for an Assistant Land Manager to join our successful Development team in being responsible for the acquisition of new residential led and mixed use land opportunities undertaken by Latimer Developments and Clarion Housing Group.
To be successful as an Assistant Land Manager, you’ll need to demonstrate evidenced understanding of the development process for residentially lead schemes. You’ll be an effective negotiator with a strong commitment to customer service and ideally educated to degree level.
Experience of technical, planning, sales, financial and legal aspects of assessing and securing residentially lead developments would be beneficial.
You’ll be involved in the Land buying process from start to finish, and key responsibilities will include –
Working with a Land Manager/Head of Land and with internal teams and external firms, assess from a risk and opportunity point of view all planning, legal, technical, sales, and cost aspects of the land opportunity. Following which, produce a financial appraisal which complies with the Clarion hurdle rates.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in London – More London Place. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
