Your next role
Reporting to the HR Business Partner you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation in making the best of its people to ensure it is prepared for the future, whilst managing organisation change to deliver strategically planned initiatives successfully.
You will work to embed strategic and structured HR management processes to improve the employee relations function. Developing effective working relationships with managers will be key, enabling the role holder to have an impact in influencing and supporting managers to achieve their local and the corporate objectives.
You’ll be an experienced, pragmatic HR Practitioner, confident to partner Senior Managers and their teams to solve complex people challenges. Ultimately helping the organisation to deliver the best services it can to the residents of Swindon.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act – for the effective performance of a customer-facing role).
