Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified (or working towards qualification), experienced HR professional to join our HR Business Partnering Team.
Responsibilities include working with the team to ensure the provision of a first-class HR business partnering service to management and staff, supporting all aspects of workforce performance, development, change programmes and employee relations, including employee terms and conditions, organisational change, and complex employment issues.
The post-holder will help embed a "just culture" throughout the organisation and this will be one of the areas discussed at interview.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for informal and formal employee relations matters.
We are looking for an HR professional with substantial experience, who is CIPD qualified, or working towards it. The post holder will manage the HR Officer and will be expected to lead by example to all staff via the provision of advice and support.
