About the role
The role is to support the Housing Officer and the team in delivering an excellent estate management service. The role holder will do this by working in a way that shows genuine commitment to providing a good quality of life for people living on PCH estates.
This will mean demonstrating, by word and action that the role holder is interested in ensuring that the views and priorities of the customers are taken into account in all aspects of service delivery with which the role holder will assist.
The role involves a requirement to visit customers in their own homes so the successful candidate must be able to able to access and move around our sites on their own initiative.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
- Has 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade 4 (Grade C) or above, including English and Mathematics
- Has administrative experience or other experience requiring the ability to organise and maintain several areas of work, in parallel
- Can build rapport & relationships with a wide range of customers and staff
