About the role…

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and developing of the overall operation of the housekeeping department in accordance with local standards and guidelines along with assuring the highest degree of quality guest care is maintained at all times. Assists in the training and developing of all staff and ensuring that cleanliness standards are maintained to the highest standard across all areas of the venue.

About you…

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Hotel environment and should have experience in a position where you have previously been responsible for supervising and leading a team.

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, motivated, good team players, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail in order to deliver outstanding quality and service.
