Job description
We are looking for an Assistant Hotel Manager with a strong background in front-line management and customer service. The ideal candidate has worked in a similar role with hotels in the past and has a demonstrated track record of success. This position requires flexibility, creativity, and the ability to make quick decisive decisions. We're looking for someone who can work independently as well as effectively with a team, and is able to effectively manage the daily operations of their hotel in the absence of the Hotel Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general enquiries and complaints.
- Handle room service orders, including serving meals and beverages to customers who order from the comfort of their rooms.
- Be a point of contact for guests and other hotel employees.
- Answer questions about hotel amenities, policies, and services.
- Offer to help guests with special travel arrangements and other requests.
