ABOUT THE ROLE.
Boom Battle Bar is bringing all of your favourite competitive games into one venue! From Axe Throwing to Beer Pong and everything in between with a side of cocktails.
We completed the start of our aggressive UK roll-out over 2022 and plan on continuing this throughout 2023.

We are simply looking for the best Assistant General Manager in the game to lead a team of 60 across multiple departments.
ABOUT YOU.
- MUST HAVE Management Experience.
- You love what you do – A born hospitality leader.
- Have understanding of stock controls.
- A commercially savvy operator – You love planning, talking about and executing revenue growth plans.
- You understand GPs controls, labour budgets and controllable/fixed costs. Plus you'll understand how to manage these effectively!
- You’re obsessed with attention to detail & think the small things matter.
- You bring the best out in your team – You manage your talent pipeline to deliver on our commitments of internal progression.
- You thrive in a high volume WET led environment.
- You’re a secret compliance geek – You love a RA, a 10/10 daily Trail average score, and keeping everyone within your business safe.
