Our Assistant Food & Beverage Manager plays a vital role in delivering a great guest experience to all our guests. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to assist the F&B Manager in all Food and Beverage responsibilities, including staff management and training, Health & Safety and overseeing of all food and beverage outlets. This role will be focused on our restaurant & bar department. This role is ideal for those who have experience working in customer-facing roles within the hospitality sector. However full training will be provided for individuals with a can do attitude, who are able to display a willingness to learn and a commitment to helping us to deliver our core standards and provide our guests with a great experience every time.
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager requirements
- To support the F & B Manager to develop, motivate and support your team so as to ensure that all company and department objectives and standards are met
- To achieve KPI for food and liquor
- To ensure that all food and beverage staff are trained on product knowledge: food and wine specifications.
- To drive team performance, engaging the team to achieve revenue targets and budget productivity targets
- Support & Guide Team Members on all company operational expectations and standards
- To consistently deliver our service standards
- To adhere to all security procedures relating to keys, cash, stock
- Feedback to be given to individuals through the appraisal process and personal development plans set and actioned accordingly
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- To promote effective and regular communication between C&E, Restaurant and HOD’s through regular meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
