A bit about the role:
Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for an Assistant Energy Manager on a permanent basis at our South East London Office.
This role is a developmental role supporting the energy team in all utility, low and zero carbon technologies and energy generation issues. You will ensure that our energy management system is kept up to date, manage our photovoltaic portfolio and support the energy team on energy projects whilst gaining hands on experience in energy management.
You will undertake projects as directed by the Group Energy Manager and ensure that customer complaints and queries are resolved satisfactorily and efficiently.
This role will manage 2 key projects with their own responsibilities however, some of the key results for the wider role include:
- Provision of accurate billing for recharging
- Developing processes and procedures to be embedded across the organisation
- Helping manage external utility companies and billing
- Ensure the provision of excellent customer service to all stakeholders to maximise customer satisfaction including customer complaints

This role will require a minimum of 1 - 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road Office.
