Job Summary
We are now looking for an Assistant Director of Operations and Improvement to help us transform our services and achieve our ambitions on a permanent, full-time basis.
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Head Office (Balham & Working from home)

About the role
As our Assistant Director of Operations and Improvement, you will play a key strategic role in transforming the way our services are organised, designed, developed and delivered.
Alongside senior leadership colleagues, you’ll ensure that the people we support and their families are at the heart of everything we do, shaping our vision and supporting us to transform our ways of working and ensure we are fit for the future.
You’ll redesign our services, focusing on the needs of the people we support and enabling our teams to become more autonomous, ensuring greater responsibility and accountability at a local level.
Additionally, you’ll lead on, and ensure the effective delivery of, our business and quality performance outcomes, strategic projects and operational strategy and drive your teams to deliver high-quality support via agreed resources and funding.
About you
To join us as our Assistant Director of Operations and Improvement, you will need:
Experience of influencing and leading major service improvements and/or change and translating this to multiple stakeholders with confidence.
Experience of innovating change in practice to achieve improvements in service delivery.
The ability to develop great business partnering relationships.
An understanding of digital solutions.
