Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time (36.25 hours per week) Assistant Development Officer based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington with a salary of £27,500 - £30,470 per annum

If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Development Team at CCHA.

As an Assistant Development Officer in the Development Team you would be part of a experienced professional and customer focused team with responsibilities to assist in all aspects of the process of development. You will be involved from the outset of evaluating a potential scheme and or property, you will also develop experience of the planning process, contracts and the construction stages, leading to handover and support to remedy defects. This role is a fabulous opportunity for someone looking to start a career in residential development in the affordable housing sector. We will provide on the job training and support to nurture your enthusiasm and keen interest in the development process.
