Working closely with colleagues in the Exhibitions and Learning departments, you will contribute to the curatorial development and management of a wide range of exhibition and collection display projects. You will be involved in all aspects of the exhibition making process, including research for future programme, loan administration and correspondence, liaising with artists, developing checklists and floor plans, and overseeing installation. You will be a collaborative and solution-driven individual with a broad knowledge of 20th century art and an understanding of related current debates.

Tate is a leading global institution, and significant contributor to Liverpool’s cultural offer, that continues to influence critical thinking about art practice. We hold the national collection of British art, spanning 500 years, and of modern and contemporary international art that reaches across all continents: we are here to share and celebrate access to this collection and deepen understanding of its importance.

At Tate Liverpool our mission is to increase the public’s enjoyment and understanding of modern and contemporary art in creative and innovative ways. Based from the iconic Royal Albert Dock on Liverpool’s waterfront, you will join the Tate Liverpool team at a time of real change and opportunity, as we move towards a reimaged use of our buildings and new ways of connecting with our audiences.
