Role: Assistant Cook
Working Hours: 17.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:45am to 1:15pm (3.5 hours per day)

- Ensure that a good quality of food is produced
- Follow, implement, and understand Health and Safety procedures
- Stock management / control of waste
- Customer liaison
- Maintain high standards of service/ and service level agreements
- Provide absence cover for the position of Kitchen Supervisor when relevant
- Take pride in delivering a quality service to meet customer needs.
- Motivate and enable others to achieve Robertson’s business objectives
You will have previous experience in a Food Service environment and aptitude to work effectively in a fast-paced catering operation.
