Job description
We are an ever expanding company who are looking for motivated individual to join our team, from March onwards to provide the highest levels of customer service, with nothing being too much trouble at any time of day or night. Reporting to the Site manager and working with him as part of the Concierge team to ensure that the services and facilities provided to all residents are in accordance with the company’s standards. You will be working between the parcel room and the reception desk of this large residential development in Vauxhall, consisting of 600 residential units throughout 8 blocks.

- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
- 20 days of annual leave
- Salary: £24k
- Uniforms will be provided after 6 months of employment
Main Duties Parcel room:
- Register packages accepted on behalf of the residents on a computer
- Write down the correct reference numbers on each registered package
- Place each registered item on the designated shelf
- Retrieve packages from shelves and release to residents
- Keep the parcel room neat and organised at all the times
Reception desk:
- Meet and greet Residents & Visitors
- Answer enquiries by telephone, e-mail, and personal callers at the desk
- Report any suspicious/unusual behaviour to the site manager
- Enter all events and relevant information into the calendar
- Report incidents, Health & Safety, and security issues
- Ensure that entrances to all the buildings are secured
- Monitor access to all the blocks and identify any suspicious behaviour and unauthorised persons
- Accept packages on behalf of residents, store them and finally release to residents
- Accept and release apartment keys to residents, contractors, letting agents
- Patrol internal and external communal areas, conduct building rounds
- Take water samples and log readings in the pool plant room
- Handle any complaints from residents in a courteous mannerRequirements:
- You must have a good command of the spoken and written English language.
- Have a valid passport and allowed to work in the UK
- IT literate with good typing skills
- Able to work on your own and under pressure
- Well-presented and have good timekeeping
- Must not live further than 1hr from development
- Have good customer care understanding and be able to put this into practice
- Be a self-starter, proactive when carrying out your duties.
