Are you a team player?
We’re looking for someone to work closely with our Senior Commercial Managers, generally assisting with Commercial matters and dispute activities as part of the commercial Team. You’ll provide commercial and contractual assistance to delivery projects disputes, Asset and fire safety teams latent defects matters and will assist with producing building contracts, settlement agreements and consultant briefs and appointments.
With a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with others to define mutual priorities, you’ll assist with researching and investigating contractual and technical documents to establish facts and assemble evidence for legal and expert teams. Helping with producing evidence and cost bundles and calculations of claims sums, you’ll also assist with assembly of information and production documents submission in Adjudication, Arbitration, mediation and litigation.
You’ll play a role as part of the commercial team to provide support and assistance on overall contractual matters, dispute management and the detailed forensic work around these issues. With excellent communication skills, both oral and written you’ll be able to work with a wide variety of audiences and have the ability to build solid relationships, engendering trust and respect, and recognising the importance of collaboration within and outside the business.
