Would suit person with Legal Secretarial experience
but not essential
Must have a dedicated room for desk,
filing cabinet, printer etc.
Hours: 10 hours per week.
Monday (4) Wednesday (3) Friday mornings (3)
Essential requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office:
- Outlook – essential to keep an up to date inbox
- Word – to edit text documents, create templates, and automate the creation of tables of content.
- Excel to keep records of allotment information
Overall Responsibilities
Planning Committee meetings, Highways Committee meetings, Allotment administration and Street Lighting responsibilities
