Assistant Centre Admissions Manager
£25,944 - £28,195 per annum
40 Hours per week/ 52 weeks per year
Part time hours will also be considered
Based at Ruskin Mill College, Nailsworth, Near Stroud
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Centre Admissions Manager to join the team based at Ruskin Mill College, Nailsworth. With the Trust rapidly growing in size, this is an exciting time to join us and become part of our team.
The Assistant Centre Admissions Manager will work alongside the Centre Admissions Manager providing administrative support; the ideal candidate must therefore have significant administration experience, and experience of managing data entry. The post holder will assist in managing the admissions process from a student’s initial enquiry to the offering stage, and their eventual transition into one of the Trust’s Colleges; they will provide a vital function by being the initial point of contact for each individual or family regarding entry of a pupil or student into the Trust.
Main Duties will include:
- Working closely with the Centre Admissions Manager to assist with the Trust’s admissions process;
- Inputting admissions details into the Trust’s database, and ensuring the database is regularly updated as necessary;
- Being the initial point of contact for individuals and their families;
- Coordinating student visits and assessments;
- Attending and assisting with open mornings and marketing events;
- Providing administrative support for the wider admissions team as and when required;
- Liaising with Local Authorities and parents throughout the referral, admission, and transition process as required;
You may be required to travel to other Trust sites and evening and weekend work may be required.
