Job description
- Create new business packages by developing specialised services for existing and prospective customers.
- Manage deliveries and stocks while reporting to headquarters.
- Increasing customer interaction through communication campaigns, promotional materials, and market intelligence.
- Profitability targets should be met.
- Collaboration with the departments of sales, service, finance, and logistics to influence critical business growth outcomes.
- Research and development on existing and emerging products are carried out in order to highlight benefits and attract retention.
- Oversaw the office inventory, which include restocking supplies and submitting purchase orders.
- Weekly meetings scheduling, agendas should be prepared, and detailed meeting notes should be taken.
- Keeping the department organisational chart up to date.
- As the primary liaison for departments, clients, and vendors, Improving communication efficiency.
- Answering incoming phone calls as well as sorting, distributing, and sending mail correspondence.
- Files organising, spreadsheets creation, and documents scanning, and the front desk and reception area to be kept tidy.
- Developing and implementing efficient filing systems and customer database protocols.
- Weekly and monthly reports creation.
- Helping with office operations, client correspondence, record keeping, and internal communications.
